Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Assenora Media website, public content, contact features, account pages, and client portal (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Informational website and separate service agreements

The Services provide information about Assenora Media's audience intelligence and media planning and activation capabilities, along with account and onboarding functionality. Website content is general informational content. It is not a proposal, order, statement of work, or promise that any particular service will be available or suitable for your business.

Any paid or otherwise specific services, media purchases, deliverables, fees, timelines, reporting, data responsibilities, and performance expectations must be addressed in a separate written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by the applicable parties. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the separate written agreement controls for the services it covers. Nothing on the website guarantees campaign performance, media results, audience response, traffic, leads, revenue, or any other business outcome.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use an account or client-portal feature. You agree to provide information that is accurate and current, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that anyone using it on your behalf follows these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

  • break the law, infringe another person's rights, or commit fraud;
  • upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or information you do not have the right to share;
  • interfere with the Services, bypass security, probe or scan systems, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • scrape, copy, harvest, frame, or systematically download content except as allowed by law or with our written permission;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; or
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a company or organization.

4. Content and intellectual property

The Services, including their design, text, graphics, branding, software, and other materials, are owned by or used by Assenora Media with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and view the Services for your internal business and informational purposes. You may not remove proprietary notices or use our branding without written permission.

You retain rights you have in information you submit. You grant us only the limited permission needed to receive, store, secure, and use that information to operate the Services, communicate with you, and perform a separate written agreement when one applies.

5. Third-party services and links

Account features rely on third-party services, including Clerk for authentication. The website also links to or loads services operated by others, such as font delivery and social platforms. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and a link does not mean that we endorse it.

6. Availability, content, and security

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including account features, without guaranteeing availability, uninterrupted access, or preservation of any particular content. We may correct, update, or remove website content. We take reasonable steps to operate the Services, but no website, transmission, or security control is error-free or completely secure. Do not rely on the Services as your sole copy of important information.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and their content are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that they will meet your needs. Website descriptions, planning concepts, estimates, and examples are not guarantees of results. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Assenora Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services or your inability to use them. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable. If a separate written service agreement contains liability terms, those terms apply to the services covered by that agreement.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may ask us about account closure at contact@assenoramedia.com. We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, or used the Services in a way that could harm others. Sections that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and interpretation of submitted information, continue after access ends.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Services or our practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. We will post updated Terms on this page; where a material change requires additional notice, we will use a reasonable additional notice method. Your continued use after the effective date of a revision means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Services.
